Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website eudoc.online and the document review and compliance guidance services provided by Eudoc ("Eudoc", "we", "us" or "our"), operated by BohemiAsia s.r.o.
Eudoc is a pre-shipment and pre-payment document review and risk guidance service for EU importers, e-commerce sellers, distributors, manufacturers and sourcing teams. Eudoc is not a certification body, notified body, law firm, customs broker, accredited laboratory or official EU authority.
If you have any questions about these Terms, contact us at: hello@eudoc.cz
1. Introduction and acceptance of terms
By accessing the website, creating an account, submitting documents, requesting a review or purchasing a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
If you use the service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that entity to these Terms, and references to "you" or "the client" include both you personally and that entity.
2. Description of the service
Eudoc provides expert-led review of supplier compliance documents and practical guidance for EU import, export and e-commerce contexts. Depending on the package selected, the service may include:
- Review of supplier documents such as CE declarations, test reports, RoHS/REACH declarations, EMC/RED documentation, GPSR-related documentation, manuals, labels, certificates and technical files.
- Identification of missing, invalid, outdated or mismatched documents and inconsistencies between documents.
- Risk scoring, checklists, written report generation and suggested supplier follow-up questions.
- Practical next-step recommendations such as proceed, pause, request additional evidence, or seek further testing or legal advice.
Eudoc does not manufacture, test, certify, approve, import or place products on the EU market on behalf of the client, and does not act as an authorised representative or responsible economic operator.
3. No legal advice, no certification, no guarantee of compliance
Reports, checklists, risk scores, communications and website content are provided for informational and business decision-support purposes only. They do not constitute:
- Legal, regulatory or tax advice.
- Formal certification or a declaration of conformity.
- A notified body assessment or conformity assessment.
- Accredited laboratory testing.
- Customs clearance, market surveillance approval or any other form of government approval.
- A guarantee that a product is compliant, safe, lawful to place on the EU market, or free from regulatory risk.
Final responsibility for product compliance, product safety, declarations of conformity, technical documentation, laboratory testing, market placement decisions and regulatory obligations remains with the client and the relevant responsible economic operator (importer, manufacturer, authorised representative or distributor, as applicable).
Where appropriate, you should consult qualified legal counsel, accredited test laboratories, notified bodies or other regulatory professionals before making decisions based on a Eudoc review.
4. Client responsibilities
You agree that you are responsible for:
- Providing accurate, complete, current and lawfully obtained product information and documents.
- Verifying supplier claims and the authenticity of supplier-provided documents.
- Commissioning laboratory testing where required by applicable law or the product's risk profile.
- Maintaining technical documentation and any other records required of the responsible economic operator.
- Ensuring that labels, manuals, declarations, packaging and instructions are correct and compliant with applicable EU and national law.
- Complying with applicable EU, national and local laws, including product safety, market surveillance, customs, consumer protection and e-commerce rules.
The quality and usefulness of Eudoc's review depends directly on the quality, accuracy and completeness of the documents and information you provide.
5. Uploaded documents and confidentiality
Files you upload may include supplier certificates, test reports, declarations of conformity, technical files, manuals, labels, photos, invoices, packaging artwork or related product information.
Eudoc will treat uploaded documents as confidential and will use them only to:
- Provide the document review service you have requested.
- Improve our internal quality control and reviewer training, where this is done in a way that does not disclose your confidential information to third parties.
- Comply with legal, regulatory or accounting obligations.
- Operate the service as described in our Privacy Policy.
You should not upload highly sensitive trade secrets, source code, personal data of third parties or other materials unless they are necessary for the review. You confirm that you have the right to share with us any documents and information you upload.
Document retention and deletion are handled in line with our Privacy Policy. Default retention period for review files: [Insert retention period]. You may request earlier deletion by writing to hello@eudoc.cz, subject to legal, accounting and recordkeeping obligations.
6. AI-assisted and expert review
Eudoc may use AI and other automated tools to support document extraction, classification, summarisation, checklist preparation and pattern detection. Where AI is used, final conclusions and the written report typically rely on human expert judgement.
AI-generated and AI-assisted outputs can contain errors, omissions or misinterpretations. They should be reviewed critically and should not be used as the sole basis for legal, regulatory or commercial decisions.
Eudoc does not guarantee that every applicable regulation, harmonised standard, risk or documentation gap will be identified during a review. The scope of any individual review is limited to the documents you provide and the package you have purchased.
7. Reports and use of deliverables
Reports and other deliverables are prepared for the client's internal business use. You may share a report with your suppliers, logistics partners, consultants or competent authorities at your own discretion and at your own risk.
Reports must not be presented or relied upon as:
- An official certification or declaration of conformity.
- A legal opinion.
- An accredited laboratory report.
- A notified body approval, EU type-examination certificate, or any form of government approval.
If we discover a material error in a delivered report, we may issue an update or correction. We are not obliged to re-review newly submitted documents or revised product configurations unless this is separately agreed and, where applicable, separately paid.
8. Fees, payment and refunds
Fees are shown on the website before purchase or are agreed in a written quotation. Payment may be required before work begins. Unless otherwise agreed, fees are due in full before the report is delivered.
Because the service involves expert reviewer time and bespoke document analysis, completed reviews are generally non-refundable. Refunds, partial credits, cancellations or revisions may be considered on a case-by-case basis, for example if we are unable to perform the requested service or if there is a material defect in the deliverable that we cannot reasonably correct.
VAT and other taxes: BohemiAsia s.r.o. is not registered as a VAT payer. Prices shown are final and do not include VAT. Applicable local taxes, duties or charges in your own jurisdiction (if any) remain your responsibility.
9. Account, acceptable use and prohibited use
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in order to use the service. Account credentials must be kept confidential and must not be shared.
You agree not to:
- Upload illegal, infringing, fraudulent, defamatory, malicious or grossly irrelevant content.
- Upload documents you do not have the right to share with us.
- Use the service to facilitate fraud, regulatory evasion, money laundering, sanctions evasion or any other unlawful purpose.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, copy, resell, sublicense, overload or attempt to bypass security or rate limits of the service.

Eudoc may suspend, restrict, refuse or terminate access to the service at any time, with or without notice, if misuse, security risk, non-payment or breach of these Terms is detected or reasonably suspected.
10. Intellectual property
Eudoc owns or licenses all rights in the website, the Eudoc brand and logos, page templates, report templates, checklists, scoring methodology, internal workflows, databases and any other original materials developed by Eudoc. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of those rights to you.
You retain ownership of the documents, product data and information you upload. By using the service, you grant Eudoc a limited, non-exclusive licence to process those materials as needed to provide the service and meet our legal obligations.
On payment of the applicable fees, Eudoc grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the delivered report for your internal business purposes, including sharing with your suppliers, advisors and competent authorities as reasonably required.
11. Third-party information and supplier documents
Eudoc's review relies on documents, statements and data provided by you and by third parties such as suppliers, manufacturers, test laboratories, public databases and authorities. Eudoc is not responsible for false, incomplete, forged, outdated or misleading third-party information.
Where a document appears suspicious, inconsistent or unverifiable, we may flag it in the report. However, Eudoc does not guarantee fraud detection and does not perform forensic authentication of supplier documents unless this is separately scoped and agreed.
12. Limitation of liability
The service and the website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Eudoc disclaims all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that applicable mandatory law does not permit to be excluded.
13. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Eudoc, its officers, employees, contractors and affiliates from and against any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses and reasonable costs (including legal fees) arising out of or related to:
- Inaccurate, incomplete or unlawful information or documents you submit.

- Product defects, product safety incidents or regulatory non-compliance of products you place on the market.
- Disputes with your suppliers, customers, marketplaces, distributors or authorities.

14. Changes to the service and terms
Eudoc may update the website, modify, add or remove features, change pricing, and revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by additional notice.
Your continued use of the website or service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a change, you must stop using the service.
