How we handle your supplier documents — and what our review is not

Eudoc.online is an independent EU import compliance documentation review service. Supplier documents are sensitive — here is exactly how we handle them, and the limits of what an independent document review can do.

Document handling

NDA available on request

Mutual non-disclosure agreement signed before sensitive supplier documents, test reports or BOMs are shared.

Access-controlled document handling

Uploaded files live in an access-controlled workspace. Only the assigned compliance reviewer can open your case.

Documents are not shared with suppliers

We do not contact your supplier or share your documents with third parties without your written instruction.

Retention and deletion on request

Review files are retained only for the agreed retention window and permanently deleted on written request.

What Eudoc.online is not

Eudoc does not certify products.
Eudoc does not issue conformity assessments or CE certificates.
Eudoc does not act as an EU authorised representative or responsible person.
Eudoc does not replace accredited laboratory testing.
Eudoc does not provide legal advice.

When accredited testing or a Notified Body is required

Accredited laboratory testing is required when no valid test reports exist for the actual product configuration.
A Notified Body is required for product categories listed under specific EU directives (e.g. certain RED, Machinery, PPE, Medical Devices).
Legal counsel is the correct route for liability, contractual or regulatory enforcement questions.

We will say so clearly in your review report when this applies — and what evidence the supplier or an accredited lab needs to provide.

Who reviews your documents

Reviews are carried out by EU import compliance specialists with hands-on importer-side experience in consumer electronics, toys, power tools, lighting, small appliances and e-commerce product documentation. No black-box AI verdicts — every report is written by a qualified reviewer.
